Public Map is a member of the Anglesey Food Partnership and offered to facilitate a workshop development day, working alongside the Partnership to identify and highlight shared strengths and opportunities through mapping.
The interactive session was designed to support partnership members in identifying their unique contributions, improving understanding of how to work together more effectively, and creating a strong foundation for deeper collaboration between partner organisations. Through guided activities and group discussions, participants:
- Mapped individual and organisational strengths
- Explored skills and resources across the partnership
- Identified gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for collaboration
- Developed strategies to support more cohesive and impactful working relationships
An Anglesey Food Partnership Map was produced and presented, alongside a report that cross-referenced the workshop outputs with the Future Generations Act, the 5 Ways of Working, and the Future Food Priorities. This provided partners with a practical and strategic framework to guide future collaboration and decision-making.
